Miss Kendra
Founder and Director of The Indie Sol Collective. After coming to the realization that sending her kids to an institution for hours on end, was not the path she wanted to take, she decided to create a homeschool community of her own. Homeschooling affords her family the precious commodity of time.
She’s passionate about sharing creative movement, music, mindfulness and a love of nature while embracing each child’s unique curiosities and reflections.
Co-learning outdoors with these families and watching these kids flourish are equally rewarding to her. Her hope is to shift the schooling expectations by creating a more harmonious environment for both children and parents alike.
She credits her inspiration to the divine spirit and family of heavenly angels. She is a certified Reiki Master who strives to shed light, love, wisdom, and kindness upon others. *CPR certified

Miss Melissa holds a bachelor's degree in ecology and minors in botany with years of experience leading nature camps. She has a true passion for native flora while exploring the magic and wonder of the outdoors! Plant Knowledge, Archery, Knot Tying, & Project Based Learning are some of her favorites. *CPR certified
